(Feb 16, 2022) Federica, your question is not clear to me, but I will answer it in the way I understand it. Your question is: "Practise you do the breathing tecnique from the perineum to the head for all the meditation, or only few breaths earlier starting?"

Respond: depends on the meditation. If I am doing Anapana Meditation, and then I simply observe the jiff - I do non regulate it. If information technology's shallow, then it's shallow. If it'south deep, then information technology'south deep. I don't change information technology, I don't react to it. Still, if I am doing a Pranayama Meditation, similar ujjayi animate meditation, then yes, I fully inhale to expand my lungs (all the way to the muladhara chakra) and breathe fully to empty my lungs (all the way to the sahasrara chakra). If I am doing Bandha Pranayama, and then I even engage all 3 bandhas in my breathing - mula bandha, uddhiyana and jalandara bandhas - once more from muladhara to sahasrara.

(Jun xiii, 2020) Substantially, without mentioning the technical name for information technology, Dr. Dispenza was explaining the Maha Bandha Mudra while doing a Bahya Kumbhaka (breath-hold on the inhale). This is a recurring theme in many practices I've come beyond, with dissimilar names being used - Tummo Yoga, Wim Hof Method, Yoga Makaranda, etc.

Without the Jalandhara Bandha, I've also used this in doing the headstand...although with difficulty because all the organs are already upside down to brainstorm with, then calculation an Uddiyana Bandha exacerbates the force per unit area on the organs.
